Terms & Conditions

1. Regulatory Status

The store operates as a Virtual Digital Asset (VDA) service facilitator and complies with applicable Indian laws and regulations, including:

  • Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002 (PMLA)
  • Financial Intelligence Unit – India (FIU-IND) guidelines
  • Applicable notifications, advisories, and directions issued by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI), Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY), and the Government of India

2. Eligibility

  • Customers must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
  • Completion of Know Your Customer (KYC) verification is mandatory prior to any transaction

3. Nature of Service

  • The store facilitates the purchase and sale of Virtual Digital Assets (VDAs)
  • No investment advice, trading strategy, portfolio management, or return assurance is provided
  • Cryptocurrency prices are market-driven, highly volatile, and subject to rapid change

4. Transaction Execution

  • Prices are confirmed and agreed upon prior to transaction execution
  • All blockchain transactions, once initiated, are final, irreversible, and cannot be cancelled or reversed

5. Customer Obligations

Customers agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date KYC, PAN, and bank account details
  • Use only self-owned and controlled crypto wallet addresses
  • Comply with all applicable tax, reporting, and disclosure obligations under Indian law

6. Refusal / Suspension of Service

The store reserves the right to refuse, delay, suspend, or report transactions if:

  • KYC documentation is incomplete, invalid, or appears suspicious
  • A transaction appears structured, unusual, high-risk, or inconsistent with the customer’s profile
  • Such action is required to meet AML/CFT or other legal and regulatory obligations

7. Limitation of Liability

The store shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or delay arising from:

  • Market volatility or changes in cryptocurrency prices
  • Blockchain network congestion, delays, forks, or technical failures
  • Losses resulting from incorrect wallet addresses or instructions provided by the customer
